• Daily Meditation (45 min.)
  Meditation is one of the most powerful tools we can use to help us accomplish anything.   Besides its incredible healing benefits and peace, meditation is a process used by athletes, professionals and successful businessmen.  It is the “secret” to attuning with the energy of our own life force, discovering answers to questions, and gives you the ability to focus on your goal.  Meditation can tap into our own healing abilities, and can become a single-minded force in preparation for competition or athletic activities.  Writers, painters, musicians and artists of all kinds use meditation for inspiration, creativity and accomplishing a vision.  Group meditation is offered every morning.
• Yoga (Daily classes – 1½ hours)
  The practice of Yoga is a blend of strength, balance, centering, energy, and opening from within.  Here in Nosara, you will also attune to nature, and awaken a special connection.  You will find that your own personal rhythm will harmonize with the rhythm of the natural world.  We practice all styles…hatha, ashtonga, vinyasa, anusara, pranayama, capoeira, and more!
• Spa-O-Rama! (2½ days)
  This amazing spa package is valued at up to $250 per person!  Service options will include hand and foot treatments, a variety of exotic massages, skin care, facials, cuticle therapy, ear conning and much more! For example, enjoy an hour-long, hot oil Champissage bath treatment, or a 90-minute Royal Treatment Massage… isn’t it time to pamper yourself?!
• Canopy Tour/Sea Kayaking/Snorkeling (3 tours in 1 – full day)
  Nature lovers and adventurers alike will be thrilled with this full day of excitement and sightseeing.  With a bird’s eye view of the lush jungles and ocean, zip across the forest canopy amidst monkeys and tree dwellers.  Next, you will be awed with the underwater beauty of colorful fish and coral formations as you snorkel along the reef.  Complete the day with a kayak ride to Chora Island off the coast in Playa Samara.  Includes round trip transportation, bilingual guide, snorkeling gear, kayaks, water and fruits.  Bring a bathing suit, sunscreen, a hat and camera to record all the amazing day’s events.
• Horseback Riding (2 hour tour)
  Experience the beauty of lush jungles and blue sea from horseback as you ride trails through forests with monkeys and birds, then discover the romance of white sand beaches and magical tide pools.  Take an adventurous trek to a waterfall, or simply ride along the beach at sunset.  Riders of any experience level welcome.
• Surf with Pura Vida Style (3 one-hour lessons)
  Safari Surf School will treat you to the best surf instruction in the best location in Costa Rica, Playa Guiones. All of your equipment will be provided, as well as sunscreen, water, and photos or yourself surfing so you can down load onto the social media site of your choice. Safari Surf School will also videotape your surf lessons in High Definition with the “GoPro” camera system that mounts onto your surfboard!  Safari Surf School will also have the “GoPro” camera mounted on your surf helmet for amazing shots of what you are seeing while surfing.  No other surf school uses this unique perspective for teaching and video! You will get a copy of all footage.
• Stand Up Paddle (SUP) tour (3 hour tour)
  From beautiful beaches like Playa Guiones to Graza Bay, or the incredible beaches of San Janillo or Samara, this tour lesson is a great outdoor activity that will be sure to leave you wanting more!
• Ultra Light Air Tour (20 min.)
  Flown by an experienced pilot, single passengers are taken on a magnificent air tour of jungles, beaches and ocean.  Not only perfect for the adventurer and nature lover, an ultra light tour is also great for picture taking and property searches.  Pilot lessons are also available.  This is THE most amazing ride you will ever have!
